Whether it's a dynamic vinyasa class or a calming restorative session that you need, we create a friendly and welcoming space in which to practice.

Katie teaches vinyasa classes that unite breath with flowing sequencing. Her teaching style is supportive and classes are a balance of effort and relaxation.

Her nurturing restorative classes provide an opportunity for complete relaxation and create space for you to completely let go and find the space to breathe in these super nourishing poses. These classes give you a chance to really look after yourself and emerge with new vitality.

1:1 and private tuition available.

Why not combine the best of both worlds with 'flow and restore' or 'restore and renew' in a one on one? An hour of vinyasa combined with a half hour restorative session, or restorative yoga followed by a massage. Even better, all three in one! 90 minutes of bliss: strengthen, relax and help your body to heal itself. Get in touch for options and prices. I can tailor single sessions or a series to suit your needs.

Yoga for Every Body has an inclusive, body positive and supportive approach to yoga. We support diversity in all its forms and teach beginners who have never been in a yoga class before, those who have an established practice and also have plenty to offer to full on yogis. Our classes are accessible, fun and focused.
